Welcome to iAdMe. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the iAdMe mobile application, website, platform, wallet services, creator features, advertising services, content services, and related digital services operated by FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using iAdMe, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, platform rules, community standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you should not use iAdMe.
Platform Services
iAdMe is a locality-first short video social platform that may provide content discovery, video upload and playback, creator engagement, premium unlocks, wallet-based functionality, comments, reactions, messaging, notifications, advertisements, reporting, moderation, and other digital services.
We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, content type, or platform functionality at any time, subject to applicable law.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts. Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their account information updated where applicable.
You must not share, sell, transfer, misuse, impersonate, or create accounts for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or misleading purposes.
Account Deletion
Users may delete their account from within the iAdMe application. Account deletion may remove, deactivate, or anonymize account-related information, subject to retention required or permitted for legal, security, financial, fraud-prevention, moderation, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
User Content
Users are solely responsible for videos, captions, comments, messages, profile information, reactions, reports, and any other content or activity uploaded, shared, posted, streamed, transmitted, or distributed through iAdMe.
Users must not upload, post, share, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, explicit, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, spammy, harmful, unsafe, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited by platform rules or applicable law.
User Content Ownership and License
Users retain ownership of content they upload to iAdMe, subject to any rights granted to others and applicable law.
By uploading, posting, or sharing content on iAdMe, you grant FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify for technical formatting, display, distribute, transmit, promote, and make available such content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, moderate, and promote iAdMe and its platform services.
This license continues for as long as your content remains available on iAdMe or as reasonably necessary for backup, safety, legal, moderation, or technical purposes.
Community Standards
Users agree to follow iAdMe community standards, safety requirements, content rules, moderation policies, and lawful-use expectations. Users must not use iAdMe to abuse, threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, spam, defraud, or harm others.
Reporting
Users may report videos, comments, accounts, messages, or other activity believed to violate platform rules, safety standards, or applicable law. Reports may be reviewed by iAdMe for moderation, enforcement, safety, legal, and support purposes.
Moderation & Enforcement
iAdMe reserves the right to review, moderate, restrict, label, reduce visibility, remove, restore, suspend, disable, or otherwise act on content, comments, messages, accounts, wallet access, creator access, advertisements, or platform functionality if platform rules, safety standards, legal obligations, payment rules, or community guidelines are violated.
Enforcement actions may include content removal, account warnings, temporary restrictions, account suspension, permanent termination, wallet restrictions, reporting to authorities where required, or other measures appropriate to the violation.
Account Suspension and Termination
iAdMe may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, spam, illegal activity, harmful behavior, repeated policy violations, security risks, payment misuse, impersonation, intellectual property violations, or conduct that may harm users, creators, advertisers, iAdMe, or FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
Wallet, Payments, and Premium Unlocks
Wallet recharge, premium unlocks, creator interactions, coupons, rewards, and other payment-related activities may be processed through third-party payment providers. Users agree to use wallet and payment services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
Wallet balances, stars, coupons, rewards, promotional credits, free credits, creator benefits, and platform benefits do not constitute bank deposits, securities, stored-value banking products, or cash equivalents and may not have cash value except where expressly stated by iAdMe or required by applicable law.
Premium unlocks and digital content access may be final once the content or service is delivered, unlocked, viewed, consumed, or made available, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable payment platform rules.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, wallet recharge issues, failed payments, duplicate payments, premium unlocks, and other payment-related matters are governed by the iAdMe Refund and Cancellation Policy and any applicable third-party payment provider or app store policies.
Creator Features
Premium unlocks, creator monetization, payouts, revenue sharing, creator analytics, and related creator tools may be subject to additional eligibility, verification, tax, payment, moderation, performance, and platform requirements.
iAdMe may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue creator features, monetization tools, payout programs, or eligibility requirements at any time, subject to applicable law.
Advertisements and Sponsored Content
iAdMe may display advertisements, sponsored content, promoted videos, campaign material, or other commercial content. Advertisements may be shown within feeds, around videos, or through other supported platform placements.
Advertisers and campaign creators are responsible for ensuring their advertisements, claims, landing pages, targeting, and campaign content comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and iAdMe platform rules.
Intellectual Property
All platform branding, software, systems, design elements, logos, trademarks, trade names, content organization, features, interfaces, and intellectual property related to iAdMe remain the property of FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, distribute, exploit, or misuse iAdMe software, systems, content, branding, or data except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Third-Party Services
iAdMe may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, media delivery, analytics, authentication, messaging, notifications, payments, advertisements, crash reporting, security, and other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but iAdMe may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, modified, or limited due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network issues, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, legal requirements, or other reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or user-generated damages arising from or related to use of the platform, user content, third-party services, creator content, advertisements, wallet transactions, payment issues, account actions, interruptions, data loss, or inability to access iAdMe.
Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP, iAdMe, its partners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from user content, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions may be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of iAdMe after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
