Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

iAdMe is owned and operated by FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP.

This Privacy Policy explains how iAdMe collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes information when users access or use the iAdMe mobile application, website, platform features, wallet services, content services, advertising services, and related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use iAdMe, we may collect the following types of information:

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, secure, personalize, and improve iAdMe, including to:

Location Information

iAdMe is a locality-first short video platform. With user permission, we may collect approximate or precise location information to provide nearby feeds, city, state, national, and international content discovery, location-aware ranking, upload metadata, safety controls, and other location-based platform features.

Users may control location permissions through their device settings. Some locality-based features may not work correctly if location access is disabled.

User Content

Videos, captions, comments, reactions, shares, profile information, and other content submitted by users may be stored, processed, displayed, distributed, moderated, or removed as required to operate the platform, enforce safety standards, respond to reports, and comply with applicable law.

Messages

Messages exchanged through iAdMe may be stored and processed to provide messaging functionality, support delivery, prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.

Notifications

iAdMe may send push notifications, in-app notifications, SMS, email, or other service communications related to authentication, security, account activity, comments, reactions, messages, premium unlocks, moderation, support, product updates, and platform engagement.

Users may manage notification permissions through app settings or device settings where supported.

Wallet & Payment Information

Wallet recharge, premium unlocks, creator interactions, coupons, rewards, and payment-related services may be processed using third-party payment service providers.

iAdMe does not store full payment card details on its own servers. We may store transaction identifiers, wallet records, unlock records, invoice or payment status information, refund-related records, and other information needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Advertisements and Analytics

iAdMe may display clearly identified advertisements, sponsored content, promoted videos, and other commercial content. This can include iAdMe campaigns and ads served by third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.

When an ad is requested or displayed, iAdMe and our advertising providers may process information such as the app name, advertising identifier where available, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and operating-system information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. We use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit repetitive ads, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot delivery, report campaign performance, and, where permitted, make advertising more relevant.

Google explains how it uses information from apps that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Google may process information under its own privacy terms.

Advertising Consent and Choices

Where required by applicable law, iAdMe will request consent or offer an opt-out before enabling advertising uses that require it. Users may update applicable advertising privacy choices through the privacy options available in the iAdMe application. If a user declines or withdraws consent, iAdMe may continue to show ads that are not based on prior behaviour, where permitted by law and provider policies.

Users may also manage some Google advertising preferences through their Google account and device settings. Advertising choices do not remove advertisements from iAdMe unless a separate ad-free option is expressly offered.

Content Moderation and Safety

Uploaded content, comments, profiles, messages, reports, and platform activity may be reviewed, moderated, restricted, removed, or retained where necessary to enforce platform policies, investigate abuse, respond to user reports, protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements.

Third-Party Services

iAdMe may use third-party infrastructure, hosting, cloud storage, media processing, content delivery, analytics, authentication, communication, notification, crash reporting, payment, advertising, and security service providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide services to iAdMe or as otherwise permitted by law. Advertising providers, including Google, may also process information under their own privacy terms and in accordance with the choices users provide.

Data Protection

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and operational safeguards to help protect user information and platform security. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide iAdMe services, maintain account records, support wallet and payment functionality, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, meet security requirements, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, or operational obligations.

Some information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained in limited form after account deletion where retention is required or permitted for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Account Access, Updates, and Deletion

Users may access or update certain account and profile information through the iAdMe application.

Users may delete their account directly from within the iAdMe application. After an account deletion request, account information may be deleted, deactivated, anonymized, or retained only where necessary for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.

For account, privacy, or deletion-related help, users may also contact support at [email protected].

Children

iAdMe is not intended for children under 13 years of age. Users under the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction should use iAdMe only with appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by law.

User Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information by using available in-app controls or by contacting iAdMe support. Some requests may be limited where information is required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform safety.

Users in jurisdictions with advertising privacy rights may use the privacy options provided in the app to update consent or opt-out choices. We will honour applicable choices in accordance with the law and the technical capabilities of our advertising providers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions may be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of iAdMe after an update means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, except where applicable law requires us to obtain a new consent or provide additional notice.
