Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing iAdMe, owned and operated by FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any wallet recharge, creator unlock, premium content purchase, or other payment on the iAdMe platform.

Wallet Recharges

Users may add money to their iAdMe wallet for platform-related activities such as premium content unlocks, creator engagement, or other eligible digital services made available within iAdMe.

Any promotional, bonus, reward, or free credit provided by iAdMe or FORESTPOND TECHNOLOGIES LLP is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn unless expressly stated otherwise.

No Refunds for Consumed Digital Services

All successful purchases, creator unlocks, premium video unlocks, digital content access, and wallet-based service transactions are final once the service or content has been delivered, unlocked, viewed, consumed, or made available to the user.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, accidental unlocks, failure to use purchased access, dissatisfaction with creator content, or user-side device, network, or connectivity issues.

Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate payment, failed recharge where the amount was debited but wallet credit was not received, incorrect transaction due to a verified technical error, or any issue confirmed by our payment service provider.

Refund requests should generally be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may require additional review and may not be eligible for refund.

Cancellation Policy

Wallet recharges and digital unlock transactions are processed instantly or near-instantly. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.

App Store and Third-Party Purchases

Certain purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers, mobile app stores, or platform operators.

Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other third-party platforms may also be subject to the refund policies, billing rules, and dispute-resolution procedures of those respective platforms.

Where applicable, users may be required to submit refund requests directly through the platform that processed the payment.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved after verification, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

Fraud Prevention and Abuse

iAdMe reserves the right to investigate refund requests, payment disputes, chargebacks, suspicious transactions, abuse of promotional credits, wallet misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to obtain unauthorized refunds.

Refunds may be denied where fraud, abuse, policy violations, payment manipulation, or misuse of platform services is reasonably suspected.

Withdrawals

Wallet withdrawal, creator payout, or revenue-sharing features may be introduced subject to platform rules, verification requirements, eligibility checks, and applicable law. Promotional, bonus, or reward credits are not eligible for withdrawal.
