- Set a date—or leave room for spontaneity.
- Celebrate your progress, one little step at a time.
A LITTLE MORE DETAIL
Your Targets, explained.
What is a Target on iAdMe?
A Target is a short that inspires you to do, learn, visit, make, or achieve something. Targeting saves that intention to your profile so you can return to it and track progress.
Where can I find my Targets?
Open Profile, choose History, then Targets. This dedicated view shows your targeted shorts, planned dates, completion status, and community progress.
Can I set or change a target date?
Yes. Dates are optional and can be set, changed, or removed from the Targets view. Your chosen date is personal planning data and is not shown in the public targeter list.
What happens when I mark a Target achieved?
iAdMe keeps your planned date and records the actual completion time. The short's achieved count updates so the community can see shared progress without seeing your personal date.
Can I untarget a short?
Yes. Tap the active Target action again to remove it. Untargeting clears your planned date and completion state and stops future Target updates for that short.
How do Target notifications work?
Target updates are consolidated into periodic milestone notifications instead of being sent for every interaction. You can independently control in-app and push updates in Notification Preferences.
Who can see that I targeted a short?
Your profile may appear in that short's targeter or achieved participant list. Your target date remains private, and active blocking relationships hide profiles from one another.
What if the video is deleted, private, or blocked?
Deleted and unavailable shorts disappear from Targets and stop generating updates. Blocking in either direction also hides the short and participant identities. A preserved Target can return if a temporary block is removed or the short becomes public again.
